Finger Lime Chili Noodles

Ingredients
Rice noodles (dry): 400 g
Neutral oil: 30 ml
Garlic, minced: 10 g
Chili crisp: 40 g
Soy sauce: 30 ml
Rice vinegar: 15 ml
Maple syrup: 15 ml
Fresh finger lime pearls: 30 g
Scallions: 30 g


Method
Cook noodles.
Toss hot noodles with oil, garlic, chili crisp, soy, vinegar, maple.
Finish with finger lime + scallions off heat.
