Sugar Apple Peppercorn Steak Sauce

Best steak: Filet mignon or sirloin


Ingredients
Steak of choice
Sugar apple pulp (seeds removed)
Cracked black pepper
Shallot, minced
Beef stock
Butter
Splash of cream or coconut milk
Salt


Steps
Season and sear steak; remove and rest.
Sauté shallots in the same pan.
Add sugar apple pulp and beef stock; simmer gently.
Stir in cream and cracked pepper.
Finish with butter and spoon over steak.
