Finger Lime–Crusted Grilled Fish


Best with: snapper, mahi-mahi, salmon
Ingredients
2 fish fillets
1–2 finger limes (pearls removed)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper
1 tsp lemon zest
Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
Instructions
Season fish with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
Grill or pan-sear until cooked through.
Drizzle with olive oil and top generously with finger lime pearls and herbs before serving.
