Ingredients
1 sugar apple (pulp only)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
Steps
1. Mash sugar apple pulp until smooth.
2. In a bowl, whip cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla.
3. Fold in the mashed sugar apple and cinnamon.
4. Chill for 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.
5. Spread on toast, bagels, or pastries.
