Crispy Jackfruit Banh Mi

Ingredients
Jackfruit chunks: 900 g
Cornstarch: 100 g
Soy sauce: 30 ml
Maple syrup: 20 ml
Rice vinegar: 15 ml
Fry oil


Method

Coat jackfruit in cornstarch. Fry 3–4 min. Toss in glaze (soy + maple + vinegar).
Serve: Pickled carrot/daikon, cucumber, hoagie roll.
