Ingredients
Jackfruit: 1 kg
Onion: 150 g
Garlic: 10 g
BBQ sauce: 240 ml
Liquid smoke: 5 ml
Paprika: 5 g
Pretzel buns x4


Method Simmer all ingredients 25 min, pan-crisp before serving.
