Pan-Seared Steak with Mango Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients
Steak
2 sirloin steaks (8 oz / 225 g each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Sauce
½ cup mango purée
½ cup beef stock
1 tsp cracked black pepper
¼ cup heavy cream (or coconut milk)
1 tbsp butter


Instructions
Sear steaks in hot skillet 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
Add stock and mango purée to pan; simmer 3 minutes.
Stir in pepper, cream, and butter.
Spoon sauce over steaks.
