Ingredients (Serves 2)
Fish
2 fish fillets (6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Longan Glaze
½ cup longan, finely chopped
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp fish sauce
Pinch of salt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Pat fish dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook fish 3–4 minutes per side, until opaque and flaky.
Remove fish and keep warm.
In the same pan, add longan, coconut milk, lime juice, honey, fish sauce, and salt.
Simmer over medium-low heat for 4–6 minutes, stirring, until glaze thickens slightly.
Return fish to pan and spoon glaze over fillets.
Cook 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Serve with extra glaze drizzled on top.
