Grilled Fish with Dragonfruit Citrus Glaze

(Works great with mahi-mahi, snapper, or salmon)


Ingredients (Serves 2)
Fish
2 fish fillets (6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Dragonfruit Glaze
¾ cup dragonfruit purée (blended fresh dragonfruit)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp soy sauce


Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
Brush fish fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
In a small saucepan, combine dragonfruit purée, honey, orange juice, lime juice, and soy sauce.
Simmer glaze over medium-low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring, until slightly thickened.
Grill fish 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
Brush glaze onto fish during the final minute of cooking.
Remove fish from heat.
Spoon extra glaze over fish before serving.
