Ingredients
Steak
1 lb (450 g) flank steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
Mango Salsa
1 cup ripe mango, finely diced
¼ cup red onion, finely diced
1 small jalapeño, minced (about 1 tbsp)
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1½ tbsp fresh lime juice
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Rub steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill or sear over high heat for 4–5 minutes per side (medium-rare).
Rest steak 5 minutes and slice thinly.
Mix all salsa ingredients.
Spoon salsa over steak before serving.
