Crispy Jackfruit Tacos


Great for unripe jackfruit

Ingredients
2 cups shredded young jackfruit
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp salt
Corn tortillas
Toppings: cabbage, lime, salsa, avocado


Steps

1. Heat oil in a skillet.
2. Add jackfruit and spices; cook 8–10 minutes until browned.
3. Crisp the jackfruit by cooking 3 more minutes without stirring.
4. Warm tortillas.
5. Assemble with jackfruit + toppings.
