Guava BBQ Glazed Chicken



Ingredients

4 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)

1 cup guava paste or thick guava puree

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp oil


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).


2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.


3. Sear in a hot pan with oil until browned.


4. Mix guava paste, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic until smooth.


5. Brush the glaze on the chicken and bake 20–25 min.


6. Brush again during the last 5 minutes for a sticky finish.


7. Serve with rice or roasted veggies.
