Ingredients
1 lb sirloin or strip steak, cut into bite-size cubes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
1 cup dragonfruit (red or white), blended into purée
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Steps
1. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a skillet on high and melt the butter.
3. Sear steak bites: Cook 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
4. Remove steak and set aside.
5. Make glaze: Add dragonfruit purée, balsamic, and honey to the pan.
6. Simmer 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
7. Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the glaze.
8. Serve with toothpicks or over rice.
