Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked rice
– 1 dragonfruit, scooped out and diced
– 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add diced vegetables and cook until slightly softened.
4. Push vegetables to the side of the pan and pour beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
5. Add cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine with vegetables and eggs.
6. Add diced dragonfruit and soy sauce, stirring well to evenly distribute.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
